Claims of Copyright Infringement
If you believe that materials hosted by us infringe your copyright, you or your agent may send us a written notice via email to [email protected]. If your claims are found to be correct, we will remove those materials from the website.

Europe Luxury Services does not share customer personal details with any third party which is not directly related to your car hire booking. We do not sell, rent or lease customer lists to third parties.
Our Partners
You agree that Europe Luxury Services is in no way responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of information and services rendered by Our Partners. Your interaction with any of Our Partners is at your own risk, and Europe Luxury Services will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any of Our Partners or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting from your interactions with Our Partners.
Your interaction with any third parties that has come about through Our Website does not in any way imply, suggest, or constitute any responsibility, liability, sponsorship or approval of Europe Luxury Services by any such third party, or any affiliation between any such third party and Europe Luxury Services.
You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any of Our Partners with whom you elect to deal with. You are responsible for ensuring that your dealings with Our Partners abide by the terms and conditions imposed by them, and any complaint you may have will be directed only and directly to them.
Your Booking
You undertake to us that the details you give to us are correct in particular that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the car hire and any related charges.
If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you it is your responsibility to inform Europe Luxury Services as soon as possible. Europe Luxury Services cannot accept liability for any charges incurred as a result of documentation signed for and accepted locally.
Europe Luxury Services will not be held responsible for anyone driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, causing wilful damage, off road driving or driving without due care and attention. You, the renter, will accept full responsibility in respect of such claims.
In the event of cancellation by you, the client, please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable. In certain cases the reservation deposit can be held as a credit to use as a reservation fee on a future booking. Should you cancel your booking within two weeks of the scheduled delivery date, part or full payment for the car hire can be charged.
